Jessica Censotti

Jessica Censotti is the Executive Director at San Diego International Sister Cities Association (SanDISCA). Prior to joining SanDISCA, Ms. Censotti’s has been in the non-profit sector for 25+ years, her professional experience included strategic planning, leadership development, human resources management, organizational development, and visual media. Humanitarian work is Ms. Censotti’s passion, she has developed global fundraising campaigns in over 20 countries.

Master of Ceremonies

Rika Tejima

Rika Tejima is a seasoned freelance radio host with a rich background in broadcasting, currently hosting “LA Morning” on TJS Radio and “Bright Color from LA” on Sakura Radio. With a career spanning over a decade, she has captivated audiences in both Japan and the United States, formerly serving as an announcer at J Wave in Tokyo. A Rikkyo University graduate, Rika’s talents extend beyond radio hosting to event emceeing, narration, audiobook reading, voice acting, and live reporting for prominent Japanese radio stations.

Koto Ensemble

The Southern California Koto Ensemble is led by Yuki Easter, who has performed at the Japanese Friendship Garden and other cultural events in San Diego County since 1993. Easter received her koto instructor's license from Grand Master Sawai Koto Academy of Music in Tokyo, Japan in 1996.

Brass Band

Euphoria Brass Band is a critically acclaimed and award winning San Diego based musical collective that serves up a contemporary mix of old school New Orleans traditional brass band jazz, funky street beats and new school edginess with a West Coast feeling!
